Beautiful Arabian mare called Mahlika, owned by Dutch photographer Nikki de Kerf. Nikki also kindly provided the reference picture for this painting.
 
This painting is my take on to Paard Verzameld art challenge 27 where we Paard Verzameld members had opportunity to paint Mahlika with the style of the Picasso in his Rose Period (1904-1906). I was most inspired by Pablo Picasso's painting 'Les deux frères' but carried away with my own style.
